Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
